    Daily changes can make the journey through life transitions difficult at times. The pathway can be impeded with barriers and obstacles that create a sense of helplessness and hopelessness. I allow the client to freely acknowledge their need for help and allow the patient to accept the responsibility to take charge and conquer their circumstances. I will enable the client to develop the tools needed to make positive life adjustments.
